Precalculus Algebra is the book for the students preparing to take calculus courses. The aim of the book is to introduce the notion of functions and the properties of basic functions such as polynomials, exponential and logarithmic functions.

Solving equations and inequalities are essential skills that make learning calculus easier. Starting with linear equations and quadratic equations, we treat various types of equation solving. We end the book with the methods of solving systems of linear equations.
